November

November felt like the calm before the holiday storm (but calm only by comparison). We signed with Signature Academics (One-to-One), continued building KIPOS Botanicals’ site and logo, and chugged along writing content for MGI Corporate Gifts.

Our client gifts started coming together, Amy Brecount White’s website got updated with her latest articles, and we refreshed the blog DIY vs Professional Web Design: What’s Best for Building Your Small Business Website in 2026?

October

October was a celebration of hard work finally paying off! Expand Psychology’s website went live after three months of intense effort, NeighborWorks needed a new NTI brochure for their upcoming Chicago training week, and we welcomed two fresh clients: KIPOS Botanicals and MGI Corporate Gifts, both bringing exciting new projects our way.

Plus, we let you peek behind the curtain of our professional photoshoot with Expand Psychology in The Ultimate Guide to Planning a Professional Brand Photoshoot.

August & September

August and September were basically a dedicated meditation on Expand Psychology. Their new site consumed almost all our time, and we also designed new business cards and brochures to prep for their October launch and open house!

Two blogs received a 2025 refresh: What Makes a Great Website in 2025? The Do’s and Don’ts in August and How to Choose the Best Image File for Your Website in September. These months reminded us that sometimes, focusing on one big project is just as satisfying as juggling ten small ones.

July

July was a blur of cameras, websites, and pure energy! We created the program for the Arlington County Fair, built and launched the Alleva Acupuncture website, and got a blog going for Ignite Motivation.

Expand Psychology underwent a full-on brand photoshoot for their new site, which we spearheaded and art-directed (and yes, we got some behind-the-scenes laughs in the process), while Ann Wilson Homes received a few shiny updates.

With all this website magic happening, our blog took a little summer vacation… sometimes, even we need a break from our own keyboard!

June

June felt like summer in full swing (minus the beach, plus a ton of creativity).

Alleva Acupuncture and Expand Psychology signed on with us for new websites. We created a landing page for MFVA’s latest offering, TheraRep, set up mini-courses for SMF to help her education sections shine, and Hava NaBaby returned for some updates to her Google slides.

We celebrated the ways we show appreciation for our clients (in gift form) in June’s blog Branded Merch in B2B: Strategy or Outdated Play?

May

May was a month of welcoming new clients and showcasing the strengths of our existing ones!

Byington Steel Treating joined our client family, and we provided them with a comprehensive brand refresh, which included a redraw of their current logo and a complete overhaul of their website and brand identity.

NeighborWorks continued to keep us busy with their CLI brochure and fliers. At the same time, Stephanie Mitchell Fitness had her Canva slides updated to match her fabulous new branding, and Resurgent Sports Rehab highlighted their new tennis player services with fresh pages. We updated the blog Legal Policies for Websites (USA) with insights for 2025.

April

April felt like a creative smorgasbord! We built a one-page website, logo, and brand identity for Inspire Strategies, and designed the “Endless Summer” themed shirt for Arlington County Fair (our yearly masterpiece of textile art).

Schroth DC got a new landing page for their app, Scolifocus, while Stephanie Mitchell Fitness underwent a total brand overhaul, complete with a sparkling, updated website and matching business cards. We flexed our fun side with NeighborWorks by designing a travel-themed activity book and a PowerPoint template for their All-Staff meeting. Condo1 got some polished website and Google Ads updates.

This month, we polled our devoted newsletter and LinkedIn audience to hear what our readers wanted to learn about in our blog post on How to Trademark Your Business Name and Logo Design.

We spiced up NeighborWorks’ NTI brochure with a New Orleans twist, updated Hava NaBaby’s website, and created new logos and icons for her to use. We also designed, built, and launched a bold one-page site (along with complete branding) for Ignite Impact Partners!

We celebrated Bewilderness Writing’s latest book release, A Fire Circle Mystery: A Witch Awakens, finalized The Hidden Narrative’s site and print collateral, and Dr. Heather Sheets got some fresh updates to her site.

We shared our real-life Google Business Profile saga in the blog Your Google Business Profile Got Disabled or Suspended. Now What?

February

February came in hot with the launch of the Damato Search Group’s website, a playful website template mockup for Plum Fun, and some essential SMS updates for Resurgent Sports Rehab.

NeighborWorks kept us busy with their Virtual Training Institute (VTI) brochure, and we flexed our presentation skills, creating a slide deck for the Arlington County Fair.

We also made sure our blog Website Goals and Marketing Objectives for Your Business stayed fresh with updated 2025 insights.

January

We kicked off the year by finishing up website builds for Oliver Properties and Ignite Motivation. Ignite Motivation also got a shiny new business card! We also picked up a new client Damato Search Group, and kicked off the porject by designing a new logos! We also dove headfirst into a logo redesign and site build for The Hidden Narrative.

Sterne Kessler kept us on our toes with their yearly law reports and we also got to spread a little joy with an invitation for Food & Friends’ Taste of Spring! We also held our annual DP retreat (which happened over Zoom as we covered our goals for the year — complete with snacks we had to eat ourselves).

In addition to all that, we did some housekeeping, refining our free PDFs (Our Brand Journal and Lead Magnets) and refreshing the blog post Starting a Business in 2025? Start Here.
