OVERVIEW

Ignite Motivation provides 1:1 life coaching and group retreats for high achievers who want to transform their lives. Its founder, Maria Francu, helps clients design lives of deeper meaning, impact, and fulfillment.

Maria initially came to us because she wanted to launch her coaching business with a bold, dynamic, visual brand, website and printed marketing collateral that positions her as an approachable coach who helps people find clarity, regain confidence, and move forward with purpose.

BRANDED CONTENT

We started by conducting a deep-dive interview with Maria to understand her motivation behind becoming a life coach after a successful real estate career.

We wanted to incorporate her life story—her upbringing in Romania during the Cold War, immigrating to the U.S., and health and relationship struggles—integral to her mission and values as a life coach and essential to conveying to her potential clients.

The brand story is combined with bold headlines and italicized key concepts to emphasize understanding, support, and accountability—the top qualities that a life coach must have. Content includes her qualifications, certifications, education, FAQs, reviews, case studies, and calls to action.

SERVICES PACKAGING

One thing we often find with women entrepreneurs is a tendency to undervalue their time. This has been written about repeatedly. Even though Maria has proven successful in her past work experience and is wholly qualified, her initial pricing was inadequate. We helped Maria package her services more profitably to help build recurring revenue.

We then created appointment scheduling and payment processing through her online scheduler, saving her time emailing back and forth and making it easier for her clients to book and pay.

VISUAL BRAND

Maria already had custom-branded photography done before contacting us. We evaluated it and knew it would be perfect for the website. We love it when that happens!

She also had a stockart logo she used for the initial communications, which she liked a lot. Since a business can't trademark stock art, we altered the concept enough to retain what she liked about the original mark but changed it enough that it would be considered original artwork.

The new logo is a striking depiction of a phoenix rising, symbolizing transformation and resilience. The design transitions from faint to vibrant color at the top, capturing upward movement and renewal. The typography complements this with a dynamic mix of lowercase and uppercase letters in warm red and deep charcoal gray, reinforcing the theme of transformation.

At the heart of the logo is the word "ignite," set in a modern serif typeface that exudes depth, authority, and inspiration. Paired with this is the image of the phoenix emerging from ashes, a powerful symbol of rebirth and triumph over adversity. The word "motivation" is rendered in a sleek, contemporary sans serif typeface, italicized to emphasize forward momentum, giving the design an energetic, uplifting feel.

This emotionally driven logo is not just a visual mark; it reflects Maria's coaching philosophy. The phoenix and the carefully chosen typography create a unique and recognizable brand identity that sets Maria apart, inviting potential clients to choose her as their coach for personal transformation.

Additional visual elements include red rule lines, checkmarks, stars, custom icons, bold buttons, and a customized event page and calendar block.

We connected the domain name, online scheduler, Stripe account, website legal policies, and Google Business profile and created a mailing list and visual style guide. 

The website's beautiful design was developed from comprehensive discovery and built with strategy. It is easy to navigate and comprehend the services, speaks clearly to its target audience, and motivates users to schedule a free 30-minute call to work with Maria, whether for 1:1 coaching or her group retreats.
