OVERVIEW

Drs. Natasha Ungerer and Kayleen Gloor are co-founders of Clarendon Animal Care, a veterinarian clinic with two locations in Arlington, Virginia. 

They’ve established a dedicated team of animal care experts and provide gentle, personalized veterinary care and services for cats and dogs.

They prioritize a low-stress and fear-free approach and give the best medical care to ensure a pet's long and healthy life. They also focus on educating clients about how to take care of their pets. 

Dr. Gloor built the clinic’s website herself when CAC first started. After several years of running a successful clinic, expanding the business, and opening a new location, they were ready to redesign. 

One of the issues they were experiencing was that some of their clients were arriving at the wrong clinic. CAC needed the website to delineate locations both physically and on google clearly. We focused extensively on the user experience, especially on mobile, to make sure that making an appointment and getting to the right clinic was crystal clear and easy for their clients.

We also recommended updating their logo and its typography. We strategized their content to highlight the problems they solve and the expertise they bring to the table. The on-brand messaging and SEO help market their already thriving business and drive more traffic to their site.

Visually, their brand is readable, versatile, and professional and represents them as a friendly, gentle care vet clinic. We organized their extensive page content and designed the website to be extremely user-friendly.
