Owner and chefpreneur, Henry Fletcher contacted us with an ingenious solution to a pain point he and his vegan friends kept running into...No food trucks served BOTH plant-based and animal protein dishes.🤔
Finding a spot that had vegan dishes just as good as their namesake dishes they were known for was difficult, to say the least, and caused plenty of division when it came to choosin’ a time for lunch or dinner ⬅️➡️, 1115 Mobile Kitchen embraces both palettes by creating the same menu items in both vegan and meat versions showcasing Henry's talents and passion for southern-style cooking and his unique approach to delicious, satisfying street food. The cuisine is equally enjoyed by both carnivores and herbivores, with no difference in cost or experience. That’s what they strive for at 1115 (eleven fifteen) and they have separate grills so there is no cross-contamination. 🚫
The final logo represents plants and animals, land and water, and yin and yang ☯. The logo is readable and can be produced simply on t-shirts, hats, bags, and the side of his mobile kitchen. We mocked up the logo on a t-shirt and sandwich containers and include the other concepts we presented. It's always good to have options!
